Computing Generated Art

Footprint

This project is a computer-generating art, the image is formed by Touchdesign, and by simply clicking key 1 the image can change into a million results. It was mimic the routine of every person walking around the city.

Tide in Cube

The 's' key allows users to save the image, promoting easy recording of preferred moments. Keypress 1, 2, and 3 navigate through predefined color palettes, while 'r' triggers random mode. Leveraging Perlin noise logic, the coding is streamlined to convey the artist's thematic intentions eloquently. This project serves as a self-training endeavor, emphasizing efficient coding to articulate the intended message.

Color Pallet Tool

key pressed “a” and “b” could lead the audience using the group 1 color palette and group 2 palette to build their outcome. Since I wish it could own a practical quality machine for users to quickly pick a color palette, every time the user key pressed “s” they can save the jpg from this coding. Group 1 owns a color with higher Satiability and group 2 is closer to the Macaron color palette.

“Poem”

for this digital poem, I want to create a poem describing my English name: Skye. Unlike my given name was decided by others, I want to describe the name I picked for myself, as a poem of my name and a poem of my wishes.

Circle + Circle

For the visual effect, I want to create a contrast between order and chaos. The filled circle represents the order since they share a similar size and the place of merging and disappearing, and the line circle represents chaos ore freedom, each circle is different and also creates a felling of looking at them closer or far away.
